Each piece is cut and stitched after you order, which adds a few working days before dispatch. Because it is made to your size, made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Fabric care
Dry clean recommended for embroidered pieces. Cool iron on the reverse. Wash separately for the first wash.
